When you submit the interest form on our website, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business category, and service area. We also record the time of submission and basic technical metadata (source page).
When a recipient visits a landing page linked from one of our postcards, we log the QR scan (timestamp, approximate location derived from IP address, device type) and any interaction you choose to take (call click, directions click, form submission). Submitted contact forms collect name, email address, and phone number.
Advertiser information is used to contact you about your campaign, design your ad, and track campaign performance. It is never sold or shared with third parties outside of the services required to operate the platform (Google Sheets, Supabase, Brevo, Twilio, Retell AI).
Postcard recipient contact information submitted on a landing page is shared with the advertiser whose offer you responded to. We do not use it for our own marketing.
Scan and click data is used to generate campaign performance reports for advertisers. It is aggregated and does not identify individual recipients.
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from MagnoliaMailers during onboarding or via our website form, we may send you transactional SMS messages including one-time login links, campaign performance notifications, and operational updates.
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization on magnoliamailers.com. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The dashboard at track.magnoliamailers.com uses a session cookie required for authentication.
Campaign data (scans, conversions, advertiser contact info) is retained for as long as your business has an active account plus 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
