Common questions

How is this different from Valpak or Clipper Magazine?
Those mail to everyone with dozens of businesses stacked against each other. Our cards feature only non-competing local businesses — one roofer, one HVAC, one landscaper. Your category is exclusively yours on any given card.
What if my category is already taken?
We keep a waitlist. You'll be offered first right of refusal for the next card in your target area.
Do I need to provide my own ad design?
No. Ad design is included. Send us your logo, phone number, and the offer you want to run. We handle the rest.
What's the ROI? How many calls should I expect?
Honest answer: we sell exposure, not guaranteed leads. Stronger offers get stronger results. A "10% off your first service" will outperform "free estimate" every time. We provide QR code tracking so you can see scan activity even if calls aren't attributed.
Can I pick which neighborhood the card goes to?
Yes, within reason. Tell us your target service area and we'll match you to a card going out to that part of the metro — Ridgeland, Madison, Brandon, Flowood, Pearl, Clinton, Northeast Jackson, or wherever makes sense.
When do I pay?
Payment is due upfront to reserve your category. We don't print or schedule mailings until the card is at least 75% filled.
What if the card doesn't fill?
If we don't hit minimum fill within 45 days, we'll either roll your reservation to the next available card in your area or refund you in full. Your call. We typically launch a new campaign every 30–45 days, so you usually won't wait long.
How often will the same homes get cards?
Any given carrier route gets one of our cards per month at most. We vary the areas and lineups so homeowners don't get fatigued.
