The service

Magnolia Mailers ("we", "us") provides shared postcard advertising via USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) in the Greater Jackson, MS metro area. One advertiser per business category per mailing. We handle design, printing, and mailing.

What you agree to

• You are authorized to advertise the business and offer you submit.
• Ad content must be accurate, legal, and not misleading.
• You will not submit content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or violates any law.
• You understand that postcard mailing routes are determined by USPS availability and may not exactly match your requested service area.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed in writing before your ad is placed on a mailing. Payment is due before the print deadline. Spots are not reserved until payment is received.

Cancellation

Cancellations received before the design-approval deadline are eligible for a full refund. After design approval, no refund is available as printing costs are already committed.

Results

We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, or sales. Postcard advertising results vary by offer, category, and market conditions. We provide QR scan tracking and click analytics as a courtesy.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected mailing. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
