Sign your first advertiser and you've proven you can sell. Fill your first card and you'll feel the rhythm. Keep pushing and the income has no ceiling, and the schedule is yours to run. This rewards the people who want it and go get it.
No base, no cap, no limits. Bring the hunger, put in the work, and the earnings are yours to take.
The job
Work your network, cold-call, chat up people whenever you're out — whatever your style. We'll also hand you warm leads when we have them. Your territory, your pace.

Compensation
You're an independent contractor (1099). No base, no cap. The more advertisers you close, the more you make.

Each postcard has a fixed number of spots — one business per category. Whoever takes the roofing spot is the only roofer on that card, mailed to thousands of local homeowners. Exclusivity is the whole hook.
For most of these businesses, a single new job from the mailing pays back their ad cost many times over. You're not twisting arms — you're offering something with obvious value and a clear reason to act before a competitor does.
Common questions
1099 independent contractor. You set your own hours and work your own way. Commission is paid after each card mails.
